This is accomplished through the provision of meals, socialization, activities, and a 24/7 onsite licensed Home Health agency, able to provide affordable customized health care available all day, every day.

Independent Living options at UCC Homes offer affordable rental housing without long term leases or entrance fees. Our apartment and cottage residents enjoy a maintenance free lifestyle, which allows them to spend time pursuing the things they treasure the most. Dining options with chef-inspired menus are available for those who are interested but not required, as crafting their own culinary creations in their apartment or cottage might be their preference.

Personal Care
Residents in Personal Care enjoy the serenity of their own space in their private residence, surrounded by their favorite furnishings and décor. We offer a variety of services, depending on the individual needs of each resident, including three delicious and nutritious meals daily, housekeeping, laundry, on-site weekly worship service, and an enriching schedule of activities for those who are interested.
Our highly trained caregiving staff are available 24 hours a day to lend a helping hand whenever needed, treating every resident with the utmost dignity and respect. Our Personal Care settings also offer an abundant array of rehabilitation and personal care services, such as assistance with dressing, bathing, grooming, and medications, along with escort service to dining, activities, or spiritual services.

Skilled Nursing Care
Four of our six communities offer short term rehabilitation services and long-term nursing care, under the direction of a physician. Our Skilled Nursing communities are equipped to support you whether you need a short stay following an illness or injury or a long-term arrangement for your medical care. Skilled Nursing services include 24-hour nursing care, dining and nutritional services, social services, activity programming, laundry, housekeeping and maintenance. UCC Homes also partners with various other medical service providers to ensure that all your medical needs are met while residing in one of our communities.
Specialized rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational and speech therapies ordered by a physician, are offered in our communities with Skilled Nursing through an agreement with a qualified rehabilitation services provider.
