UCC Homes’ Policy Statements
In accord with the Federal Civil Rights Act and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, as amended: It is the policy of United Church of Christ Homes to operate each of its facilities and programs, and provide services without regard to race, color, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, physical handicap or disability, or religious creed.
As such, no person shall be excluded from participation in, be denied benefits of, or otherwise be subject to discrimination in the provision of any care or service on the grounds of race, color, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, physical handicap, disability or religious creed. There shall be no segregation of facilities or services in the provision of services for reasons of race, color, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, physical handicap or disability (except that required for related care), or religious creed.
This non-discrimination policy applies to residents, patients, clients, physicians, service personnel, and other independent contractors.
All persons and organizations having occasion either to refer persons for admission or services, or to recommend any of the facilities, programs or services, are advised to do so without regard to the person’s race, color, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, physical handicap or disability, or religious creed.
