The Lebanon Valley Home is a retirement community located in Annville, (Lebanon County), Pennsylvania, and sponsored by United Church of Christ Homes. As a caring, non-profit organization, we are devoted to enriching the lives of those we serve.

 

United Church of Christ Homes has provided health care and education in its service area since 1965.  Our values of compassion, justice, hospitality and integrity guide all who work in the name of United Church of Christ Homes.

 

The Lebanon Valley Home is designed for older adults.  You select the living arrangement that suits your individual needs.  Each arrangement includes services that enhance personal dignity and independence.

 

 


 

COTTAGES

 

The Lebanon Valley Home features two-bedroom/one-bath unfurnished private cottages with full kitchens.

 

            All cottages include:

  • washer/dryer
  • fire resistant construction with smoke detectors

  • patio
  • fax/copier service
  • storage area 
  • mail service

 

Building maintenance services are furnished.

 

 


 

 

RESIDENTIAL/PERSONAL CARE

 

For seniors who need assistance in everyday functions, partially furnished or fully furnished private rooms are available.  Services include housekeeping, linens, medication assistance, and meals.  The personal care unit is licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Welfare.

 

 


 

 

 HEALTH CENTER (Nursing Care)

 

The health center features private and semi-private rooms for persons in need of nursing care.  The health center is licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Health certified for Medicare and Medicaid and staffed by nurses and other health care workers who provide 24-hour care.

 COMMUNITY LIVING IN ANNVILLE

 

The Lebanon Valley Home is located in a residential neighborhood of the quiet college community of Annville.  Within walking distance one can find banks, stores, churches, and the Lebanon Valley College with its cultural activities.

 

Transportation is available to nearby shopping areas, including several modern malls.  Churches of many denominations provide services and programs that are open to our residents.

 

Surrounding Annville is the "Pennsylvania Dutch Country" with its beautiful pastoral landscape, manicured farmlands, and outstanding farm produce -- including Lebanon bologna.

 

The Lebanon County Library system has six affiliated facilities in local communities and offers our residents a variety of reading materials and resources.

 

The entertainment centers at nearby Hershey and the cultural centers at rustic Mount Gretna offer residents and their visitors many opportunities for short trips together.  Community festivals and fairs are ongoing as are the many activities within the facility of The Lebanon Valley Home.

·   From Route 81

Take the Annville Exit and follow 934 South to the main square in Annville.  Turn left onto 422 East.  The Lebanon Valley Home is about five blocks on the right.

 

·   From the Pennsylvania Turnpike

Take the Lebanon/Lancaster Exit and follow 322 West to 934 North.  At the main square in Annville turn right onto 422 West. The Lebanon Valley Home is about five blocks on the right.

 

·    From Route 83

Take route 322 East to route 422 East.  The Lebanon Valley Home is about five blocks on the right past the main square in Annville.
